13 // Land Amongst the Stars: What’s Shepard’s favorite galactic location? Why?

This is a very difficult question to answer. Lena has a love of travel that she didn’t discover until enlisting, and to her it almost seems as if every new colony or planet could easily be her favorite. There’s so much out there in the galaxy that she has a hard time definitively calling any one place her absolute favorite.

For her, as long as there are people she loves by her side, she could go the rest of her life travelling the galaxy without calling any one place dearer than the last. It’s the people that make her love a place more than anything else.

But if she absolutely had to choose, Lena would say she has a special place in her heart for that spot up on the Presidium where Garrus took her bottle shooting. It’s got a great view, and more than that she has some very fond memories attached to it. Who knew turians could be so damn adorable when you missed a shot?

12 // We Three: Who is in Shepard’s favorite shore party? Or do they chop and change?

Lena definitely has her favorites to work with, but she tends to chop and change depending on the party’s needs for the mission.

While chasing down Saren, Garrus was a constant in her party. His tech skills and his ability with a sniper rifle complimented her fighting style too well for her to leave him behind. Wrex or Liara were her go-tos for biotics, and she’d bring along Tali or Kaidan if she needed a little extra tech. Ashley was rarely on the team, not because Lena disliked her but because her skill set was almost exactly the same as Lena’s.

During the Collector mission Garrus was once again a constant in her party, although the third person heavily depended on her mission. Against the Collectors, she leaned towards bringing Samara or Jack for their biotics, while if she knew she’d be facing geth Tali or Legion were the obvious choices for her. This was the stretch of time where her party had the most variety, not just on the Normandy but on individual missions as well.

The war was when Lena found herself sticking mostly to a few party members. There were only a handful of missions Garrus didn’t accompany her for - the most notable of which was the one on Thessia. Javik was with her almost constantly since the day she picked him up on Eden Prime, and was brought to Thessia for additional input on the Prothean artifact they were supposed to retrieve. EDI was an invaluable ally against Cerberus, and was with Lena for every mission involving them.

Overall, Lena doesn’t have a favorite shore party. But without a doubt, Garrus is her favorite companion to bring along, with Javik taking a close second.

I don’t know if you guys saw the episode of Kitchen Nightmares, or if you’ve seen anything from their facebook meltdowns. But Amy’s Baking Company in Scottsdale, Arizona openly admitted to stealing their servers tips! So if you could please publish this, it’s a link to a petition to get them investigated by the US Department of Labor, and hopefully the resulting legal action will ensure that everyone who worked there gets compensation for the lost tips.

Not only do they steal tips from the servers, they are verbally abusive to their staff and customers. This was all shown on the Kitchen Nightmares episode, as well as many reviews from people who’ve eaten there. I’m sorry that this isn’t exactly a Robin, but I’m hoping that if you guys publish it, it’ll get the remaining signatures it needs (which is about 800 more at the time of submitting).

Ramsay talked to a former waitress there, and the waitress said she’d seen 50 people come and go in her year and a half there. The husband admitted that it was more. So please, Robins, let’s help the Robins who suffered at the hands of Amy’s Baking Company hopefully get back the tips that are rightfully theirs!

11 // Undercover Lover: Who is Shepard’s love interest? Why?

I’m sure I’ve made this completely obvious by now, but Lena is hopelessly in love with Garrus. It started out as just a crush dating back to her days chasing Saren, one of those infatuations you feel but don’t ever think you’re going to act on. And then the Collector mission came around, and right after she picked Garrus up she very nearly lost him.

After that, she threw caution to the wind. Flirted a little, had her advances returned, and fell head over heels in love with her slightly awkward turian bad boy. She couldn’t say yes fast enough when he asked her up on the Presidium if she was ready to be a one turian woman.

But that’s a lot of how, and not so much why. The why is simple. They mesh. His sense of humor compliments hers, his talents compliment her weaknesses, and he gets her in a way few others do. Sure, it started out as a crush on that handsome turian down by the Mako, but once they got started they clicked on a level she hadn’t expected.

Without a doubt, he’s everything she’s ever wanted in a significant other.

10 // Friends 5eva: Who is Shepard’s best friend? Why?

This is a very tough question. Lena considers anyone who’s served on the Normandy with her a close friend and part of her family. It’s hard to pick just one, or even a few best friends among the crew and the people she’s met over the years.

But if she had to pick, she would say her best friends are Garrus and Joker. The two of them have served with her longer than anyone else - excluding Tali, but she’s more of a sister first and foremost.

She finds it very easy to talk with both of them, and often tells them things she wouldn’t tell to anyone else. Both of them have seen her at her best and at her worst, and neither of them have ever tried to coddle her. They just pick her up, kick her ass into gear, and help her get back to doing what she does best.
